I almost cried too, it sounded as if each version of Miku and the other loids were thanking their producers for bringing them (the way they sound) to life. But at the same time the nostalgia made me think that Miku was thanking us too for listening to her and that with more popularity they didn't just remain as a strange trend from Japan, but became famous world wise too. I had to comment- I’m a native Japanese that’s been following Vocaloid from 2007. I got so emotional about how the undergrad niche community in Nico Nico, gradually turned into a massive international community that connects millions of people world wide. If you told me 16 years ago that there would be a foreigner who loves and knows so much about vocaloid to the point of being able to tune to different styles, I wouldn’t believe it. You captured each producer so well, and to see so many others who not only don’t judge but love vocaloid, is so heartwarming. Much love for this video ❤

One of the things I love about Vocaloid is how different artists could make the same character have different personalities and voices. The similarities gives a sense of familiarity, but the differences makes them exiting and unique. One character can sing the songs made by hundreds, thousands of different people. Different people can make their stories, feelings, ideas, messages, and emotions known, and connect to other people all over the world through a character, with voices given and cultivated by different artists. And it's absolutely amazing.
god this is so amazing, the effort and attention to detail are insane!

I almost CRIED. This is the perfect song for this. It's almost like the producer made it as a gigantic 'thank you' to these wonderful producers like them. The lyrics saying "THANK YOU SO MUCH" and the whole theming about being given a heart really fits here, because the creator of this style compilation must have been really moved to come up with this!! Not only were there so many subtle details in the tuning, but going all the way with the subtitles? The study+talent= recipe for this banger!! ^-^

This was my first time ever hearing this song, as well as a lot of the artists mentioned in it. But even with my vague knowledge of the franchise/medium/genre/whatever-the-fuck, that "Arigatou" bit at the end with all the different voicebanks gave me chills. I absolutely ADORE suzie's tuning on all of this, it was really accurate and done really well. My favorite other than suzie's own tuning (una) probably has to be the PinocchioP tuning. IDK how but from the few different people i've heard attempt to tune like him, suzie and rishie are probably the closest. I especially love that there is a male (and/or just lower) background singer as well, because that really completes it. It's a small extra detail but it's really (in a sense) the finishing touch. Probably one of my favorite things about PinocchioP is the fact that he sings in the background with miku! :)
