Have you thought about cutting down on coffee/sugar for the anxiety? Even for a short time it's massively helpful!
@Skelem03 жыл бұрын
If I'm not mistaken those coffee syrups are sugar free (artificial sweetner), which are even worse! I used to drink diet soda once in awhile and it gave me crazy anxiety.
@llghawal3 жыл бұрын
I have been doing a mix of about 70% decaf/30% regular in my pot of coffee and that’s been helpful too, if a hard cut feels like too much
@sunnyray40653 жыл бұрын
I’ve cut caffeine and it’s helped me LOADS. Everyday I felt like I was sat on the edge of a rollercoaster and thankfully it’s gone down loads. I only have decaf now

Almost all women have dark facial hair, it’s normal. I’m glad you mentioned it, that reassures young women who might be concerned about it. I decided to bleach the hair on my upper lip for decades. Then, I got electrolysis on the worst of it, and that, along with hair loss from aging, helped a lot. I went for weekly visits for about a year, also doing my underarms. It hurts, is somewhat expensive, but is really freeing, too. I had to stop because of COVID, but hope to resume, it does take some maintenance, maybe one visit per month.

Do you mind me asking why you don’t wax your UL? I used to use Jolen and found it was much easier to get a quick wax or thread ❤️ also, sun cream will still let you tan just protects you from sun damage and burn 😘😘

what upsets me the most is that you even have to JUSTIFY to people why you had a pair of ghd straighteners at that age. As if implying that because you’ve worked hard for the things you have now, that you’ve always been spoilt. So what if your parents bought you straighteners? They’re your parents and it’s their money, they can treat their daughter to whatever they want! 😔❤️ it is not a symbol of “money” or “no money” and even if it were, why do people care so much :( You take those damn straighteners to school girl, you straighten that hermione hair

I have a very random question but I’m very intrigued, but what exactly is shredded wheat? I don’t think I’ve ever seen it here in Belgium (not sure). But I’m always on the hunt for breakfast ideas. Also, is this thing healthy (no criticism, just genuinely curious 😁) Thanks!
@katyscammell76323 жыл бұрын
It's a whole wheat breakfast cereal we have in the uk. Its high in fibre so is one of the healthier cereals. its made by nestle if it helps :)
