there's also a + sign next to the column, it appears when you hover your mouse over it. clicking the + will give more rows.

Thank you, Maria! Most of the time I use Screencast as the editing is the fastest. I have also made videos 100% in canva before too, you can screen record in there. I also use Camtasia every now and then for highly edited videos. For some reason, my row heights are MASSIVE. The only way to make them smaller is by making the font 2.7 height which is barely legible. Any clue why??
