MOHAMMED FAWAS when ever you change the oil you need to change the filter also. Diesel wash makes the engine clean and clear the slurry particles or you can use oil cleaning elements available in the market. Oil change every 2000km -2500km.

Whenever you drain the engine oil the bike must be in warm condition so the oil flows easily. And using diesel, no problem till date . It swishes all around and gets the stains easily. You can use other flushing products also costs little bit extra

Hi i really wanna thank you for this video try and put some more videos foe access I need one help from you i have done the engine work like entire block piston change last year.recently i had to face the oil burning problem when i was riding.i checked the oil level it was completely dry somehow i arranged the oil and filled it in the engine and after some struggle the bike started...since then i haven't done any repair for it the bike has become little heavy while driving as if there is a pickup issue...can you please suggest some repair work for the same?

Oil burning means, cylinder, piston and piston rings change, clutch assy, belt assy (CVT) , Gear box Bearing... Etc

@@hemangbhavsar8 for pickup clutch assy could come around 6500, cvt belt 500 to 800. All gear box bearing 1100 ( buy from bearing shop) . Clean carburettor and tune properly. Air filter and spark plug 200. Also check wheel bearing (200-300).. Coming to engine there are 4 types of pistons. Original company model, ie. Exact size then 0.25, 0.50 and 0.75....you can boar your cylinder and upside the piston and rings ( cheaper) piston and rings 900 app, and lathe work 300 . If going for a nee cylinder it would cost around 5000 ( cylinder, piston, rings). Cleaning the valves and cams extra, if needed.. Overall cost plus labor 15-30℅. Don't forget to check the oil pump working condition. Finally engine oil and filer 450 -500...

Heat the engine by riding the bike. use a socket ratchets or rings spanner. Other best option is to use pneumatic gun available in tyre changing shops and premium workshops

@@hrishikeshchinchalikar3273 yes. You gave to replace the oil filter whenever you change the oil. The rubber or ring and washer also need to be replaced. If you are using a gear bike, put you vehicle in the middle stand and run till top Gear. Basic concept is to reach every corner of the engine and degrease the slurry parts and oil. My access was not starting , checked oil level, it was low, so I added more , and checked the level, by mistake I add more than required , anyway it started in just one press of the button , but then I was worried after 2 hours checked the oil level, it was more, so with a Syringe and saline tube, removed some oil , it went just below the max level . now tried to start , wont start , so should I add little more ? 1st check the accelerator cable.. 2nd check the carburettor air screw and tps. Sensor and other hoses, replace if needed First check theses things, throttle cable costs less than 150rs, Carb cleaning 150rs..if problem not solved we can try next things

If your bike is new, go for suzuki recommend oil to cover warranty. If you can spend more money go for full synthetic, warranty claim go for conventional. New engine oil capacity is 650ml, old suzuki engine capacity is 900 ml but still they are selling 900 ml oil in showroom.

It's due to piston rings problem, it might cost 3500-4500 for cylinder and piston assembly. Oil is burning inside the engine. Please change it.
