Hi ryson, I'm getting noise from the engine, Changed variator plate and rollers, Changed engine belt. Changed the carburetor But sound still persists. Is it possible for me to send you the audio of the sound ? Maybe you can guide me as to what is causing the noise ? Local mechanics are saying it's normal , I feel it is not normal.

sir suzuki access 2010 model stalls after getting ridden for 8-10 kms, changed the fuel valve, done the half engine work, but i am unsure what is the reason for it stalling, again and again i have to adjust the fuel air screw and race screw , please suggest what to do ? is there any issue with the ignition coil or cdi ?

On what you are telling me, it looks like there is a problem with the carburetor. did you replace the fuel diaphragm? check my suzuki access stalling problem video.

Forgot to tell position of timing wheel must be in TDC of compression stroke, when setting valve clearance.

Hi My scooter Suzuki access 2013 model has a problem of compression weak i happen 3 to 4 month intervals then the mechanic pour some oil into the spark plud area and then scooter start my scooter is not having white smoke problem i visited the showroom they suggested half engine work block piston head work they are charging 12k to 13k any suggestions from your side

Do it, see that you do it in showroom only, local mechanics will use duplicate parts. and if you do in showroom i think you get warranty for 3 or 6 months on the parts used, ask and confirm before doing.
