While my previous experience with Suzuki has been bad (Access) because in my city the dealership kept on changing and spare parts are too costly. Moreover odd position of certain parts makes it quite a task to replace them. On the other hand TVS has reliable dealership and parts are easily available and don’t burn a hole in your pocket. The rear tyre of the Avnis is a sore spot same thing which bugs the Bergman too.

Correct the thing suzuki's after sales service is poor in many districts in my district it has been changed 4-5 times from beginning don't get who is the dealer after 1-2 year even buying sf 250 is hiccup as dealership changes a lot tvs also has done these things in past but from 4-5 years it's quite stable in coming year I will be going for honda activa 125 because of good dealership experience over suzuki Swiss though I am honda fan have 2 honda motorcycles and one hero scooter but in recent times I am witnessing good praise of Swiss over activa here in capital of India but because of dealership experience in my home district I will go for activa for my father and brother use

Ntorq is far pepier and quick, than Avenis. Still rear tyre of Avenis sucks. Suzuki must work on tyre sizes. Power is also not sportier and punchey in Avenis. Ntorq is clear winner.

Scooter's engine are mostly placed in the backside of the scooter... So if you go uphill it the weight goes on the back, To solve this suzuki place a smaller tyre size an the back, and larger tyres on the front to give more weight in the frontside... Don't get all that whining here about the rear wheel of the Suzuki. Just wear the tyre out and put on a slightly wider and fatter one and this "problem" will be fixed once and for all. And concerning the wobbly feeling of the back, it really helps to keep the tyre properly inflated....see lots of scooters riding around with way too low air pressure in the rear tyre....
