Suzuki Baleno was launched in 1998, after the discontinuation of Suzuki Margalla. This car was one of the most successful sedans ever launched by Suzuki in Pakistan. However, this car was later discontinued in favor of the Suzuki Liana.
Suzuki Baleno was launched in multiple variants including GLI, GTi 1.6, Sports, JXR, JXL, GXi and GL. 1300cc and 1600cc were two engine options offered in Suzuki Baleno. At that time, the car offered pretty decent specs like electronic fuel injection, power windows, central locking, decent build quality and air conditioning.
