@@ADVRiderAustralia excellent video . I would like to add that I cut 10mm off that big spring under the cap and that gunk under the membrane is from the secondary air filter. You clean this small filter more often and / or change it for a higher flow unifilter, the only precaution is to keep it away from the airbox modification. greetings from Chile

Great video mate, it does look like you have a the carb inlet fuel filter running, just an fyi, so there is SOME fuel filtering happening.

Good video. But you probably know it's very important to ensure the float height is 14.7mm. If it's off all circuits will run either lean or rich. Hopefully Mikuni got it right, but I would check it before closing up the bowl.

Great info Mitch thank you! Mikuni definitely did get it right as the bike was flawless on the 2100klm ride I did directly after.

The reason you had so much dirt under the diaphragm is the secondary breather filter is probably compromised or missing

Still there mate. I think it's just because South Australia is dusty.

Nice video mate. Can I ask where you got your carby rebuilt kit from? My local Suzuki dealer can not get a kit with the float and diaphragm (they are extra at $$$$), and there seems to be a few questionable kits online. I really appreciate it if you could please point me in the right direction. Cheers Mick.

Love the vids. What Wolfman bags are those? Specifically for the tank or you modified? Cheers, Sean

So I started looking around Wolfman and found some options, but it looks like yours are still a diff setup. LEt me know what they are. What I found is the tank pannier base WP with multiple bag options. I think my best bet is the Medium Zip R Bags WP, about 10 liters of storage. -Sean

@@seansterr7236 I reckon mine are about 25 or 30 litres.
