It uses a 12v battery for the mild hybrid. I might make another video about the ertiga hybrid but focusing more on its battery and electric motor. 🙂

What's the estimated battery life before replacement?

The L-ion battery for the mild hybrid system has an estimated 10 yr life, but of course conditions apply. Our warranty policy here for the entire hybrid system is 5 years or 100,000 kms whichever comes first.
