ive watched a bunch of these an this is my favorite,i drive a 2005 chevy blazer so the rear hatch glass is kinda like yours ,it just needs some shape to it,ive seen people use expandable foam then put resin and fiberglass mat,one guy said he put resin on it and went inside for the night came back out the next morning and the resin melted his foam.would this happen if you would have put mat too instead of just resin.im planning on buying foam,i have tons of resin and bondo,so i need foam and some fiberglass mat,which would be better the messy fiberglass or the mat that is easier to work with,i want mine to be about a inch or so think like yours thanks for any tips.yours is the best ive seen

The part that sucks is that inexpensive aftermarket and factory options are available for this gen and not the previous gen... you built yours BC you felt like saving money when you could have just bought one... I have to build my own BC the only other option is an expensive used factory one...
