Mate that was so enjoyable and relaxing to watch with a beer here this evening after a stressful day. Your (multiple) skills are incredible and the time taken to film this with all the camera angles didn't go un-noticed. The music (while not my usual taste, fitted the movie perfectly - well done). I spent a lot of my time growing up turning street bikes into trail bikes, adventure bikes weren't a thing in the 70s. As far as swapping the engines, I can't recall how many times I would by or trade for two similar motorcycles because one had a running engine and the other didn't or because one needed a top end and the transmission was out of the other. You brought back some great memories for me, thanks for the video.

This takes me back to 1986, I had just finished college and got a job but was pretty much broke and needed transport to get to work. I found, in a local bike breakers, a cheap GS250 with flames painted on the tank. I bought it but on the 2 mile ride home it spewed out the entire contents of the oil sump onto the road. It was back to said breakers who just happened to have a low mileage GSX250 engine from a crashed bike. I bought that, put it in the frame and that bike kept me going until I could afford a car. Mine had spoked wheels but it could be yours has GSX250 wheels.
