Huhu, finally a day without rain. ☂ It's great to see the GS 500 back on the road, it really sounds deep and torque'y. 😎 I can hear that I'm not the only one who locks up the rear wheel, once in a while. I do the same sometimes, haha. That's one thing I really, really like about the old GS; no electronic gizmos to help you drive, just raw motorcycle pleassure. Have fun and stay safe my friend 💪 👊

@@maverick4520 musst googlen, da wo er am günstigsten is (ev. auch ma ebay gucken). Brauchst kein Rohr, der alte Auspuff wird abgeflext und der neue einfach drüber gesteckt.

Great video , iam planning to buy gs 500 you have plenty of time in the seat can please share how is the power band of the gs i was planning to go for a bandit 400 but i have my own reasons not to majorly bcz in pakistan parts are scarce where as gs500 parts are available but the thing that worries me is the power band i have heard gs 500 has good torque can you please explain ( i have been reading a gs150 12hp for the past 7 years ) waiting for the reply

Thanks! If you coming from 12hp the gs will be a rocket 😅 the torque is pretty good, from lower RPM on, but if you want full power you have to rev it pretty high. But i think this bike should offer you enough Power:)

@@seemerollin675 yeah i think you are right , i want this bike to be my daily so ican learn it good and hopefully ride like you can , in Pakistan people go for 4 cylinders mostly bcz of the sound . In the gs case it has a distinct sound but the not the best what do you say . And any tips on what to check on the bike before buying iam buying in the next week

@naufilbhatti1254 it's very good beginner bike, it was my first bike and I learned a lot on it! There is nothing really special, just check it like every other bike... should be in good conditions, no oil leaking or something. And listen carefully to the engine noise , there should NOT be any weird rattle noise like for example in this video: kzbin.infoacr8gw95FDY?si=UEUOQVyag2aDiJ0M I recommend go for a test ride, and maybe take a friend with you who has some knowledge about bikes. But I think it should be fine, the GS500 is a pretty Solid machine!

Meiner Meinung sind die BT 45, verdammt gute Reifen für ältere oder auch kleinere Motorräder. Es gibt jetzt aber auch den BT 46 der in paar Punkten verbessert ist.

Haha ich stimme zu, Hammer reifen auch bei Nässe top. Hab seit 7 Jahren keinen andern auf der GS. War im Sommer damit auf der kartbahn, kurvenlage bis der Auspuff schleift 😅 macht schon gut was mit

Krass hab mir auch ne GS zugelegt hatte davor ne 125er auch mit 130er Reifen blos da hats zum Knie schleifen nicht gereicht weil ich mir dachte 130er Hinterreifen wäre zu schmal

@@seemerollin675 Ah OK, ich fahre manchmal im Schwarzwald, sonst immer im Allgäu, oder manchmal Alpen. Ich habe eine GS500F, seit Ende letzter Saison mit GPR Auspuff, der macht richtig Alarm, mit dem Ding zu fahren macht jetzt so viel mehr Spaß, und wenn man Rev matched blubberts so schön, herrlich.
