Suzuki GSX-R 750 Slingshot first fire up after 20 years!

The Suzuki GSX-R 750 Slingshot we have been restoring has been fired up for the first time in what we believe is 20 years.
The GSX-R joined us as a semi roller, but most parts were in boxes. The exhaust had long since disappeared and many of the parts we have needed to source have been a challenge.
However, after 6 months and including a full engine strip and rebuild, carb strip and rebuild with all new parts, new exhaust and a myriad of other new parts, the GSX-R has now fired up for the first time.
We are not there yet. We still need to put the bike in gear and check the gearing and then the bike is off for a full rolling road set up.

Hello, I have a 1998 gsx r 1100 w engine that has a problem with the engine stalling in second gear and the engine does not move in second gear. Unfortunately, I am in a country where I do not have access to spare parts. Will this problem be solved by rebuilding the defective part?!! please guide me
