Suzuki Gsxr 1000 k6 Racefit Growler

first time out garage after a winter restoration it was completely standard now running PC3,K&N & Racefit Growler and probolt goodies

I remember when these Gixxers were released in like around July 2005 ( K-5 exact same bike just a different year model ) I was like, yo, what the heck is this thing!... In my opinion, it still looks, sounds, GOES the part... Probably one of the best 1000 gixxer models ever produced...

Exactly...my friend and I would always ride our bikes down to the Suzuki/Yamaha Dealership a couple miles away back in high school and i always said to myself that there is something about that 2005 that i couldnt get out of my head for literally YEARS.. Strange too bc i was only 15 and never even knew about anyone mentioning how great they were, this was just natural how i was drawn directly to those gsxrs of that year..

k5 or k6? I am asking because k5 have taillight like this one. K6 have it "separated", no LED-s in the middle

I don't know man. There is difference. I have k5 and my buddy had k6. The factory differences were: 1. taillight 2. letters(sign) "TITANIUM" on stock exhaust(k5 smaller letters, k6 bigger) 3. paintjob 4. ECU 5. mirrors 6. k6 had plastic in front of radiator, some kind of protection
