I just swapped in my speed triple rs. The cruise is a great addition on my old bike but this bike isn't as taxing on my wrists for some reason so it's not too bad.

one of the best bike as you said for price and performance. been riding brand new since 12 months and super duper happy. Bmw and Ducati has a classy range and style but 1000cc is same for outrun.

My neighbour has this is exact exhaust system on his 2017 GSXS1000 and i can say for sure it sounds better in person. for some reason you never get the full effect of the sound, even with the nicer camera and mic setups. This bike looks awesome BTW.

There torque monsters just power every where all the way up to 160mph. I got everything but a turbo on mine. And that or Nos may be next! That and lowering it.

I had a 22 mt09 prior to this, loved the bike but these are in a different league imho I went for the Gt and even with the extra weight its soooo much nicer on the road.

I put a Yoshimura Alpha T 3/4 decat system on my mt10. They retail for about $900 but I found a new one for $600. Yosh makes good stuff for the price. Without DB killer mine is absolutely obnoxiously loud.

This bike has the proven k5 parts. But more than just the engine the frame and suspension are also from that bike and you can feel that when you you tip this bike into a turn or mid corner you are gonna have a mechanicaly sorted out suspension.

I had the previous model, engine sound is no.1 for me. Thereafter had the Busa ( perfect high speed tourer ) then shit happened but recovered & now on a ninja 1000 sx . ( super quiet, good for everyday city riding & touring but just super calm )

Today in Holland: Standard without any accessories €14.999 Yoshimura exhaust, design mirrors and a duo seat cover for €1.149 That makes a total of €16.148. In US dollars that would make 16.818 US dollars. Amazing difference 😢

had 2019 same chassis definitely recommend change rear shock i had Nitron on mine. Forks are good shock is weak . One of the best bike i ever had for the money unbeatable. currently on 1290 gen3 superduke.

Very nice GSXS, man. Cool that you had the original K5. OG for sure. I was looking at one of these or a 23 MT10. I ultimately went with the 10 because I'm getting a great deal on it, but the decision wasn't an easy one. Cheers.

The MT-10 is a great machine, I was facing the same decision. My issue was if I was going to go for the empty 10 I was going to go for the SP model then it opened up a can of worms if I was going to spend that much when I get to bmw. The mt-10 and the gsxs are two machines from aesthetic standpoint you either love or hate them, I like them both they are ugly in their own ways and beautiful in their own ways. At the end of the day this was a second machine for me and I couldn't justify to my wife spending more than the 11k

@@lifewithmike1883 If you actually truly believe your Hardly Davisin has more torque than your Suzuki, either take it to a dyno, or you ride the Suzuki and have one of your gay Hardly Davisin girlie-boyfriends ride that. Then, do a top-gear roll-on side by side. Both bikes in high-gear. I think the Hardly Davisin only has 5 gears because it doesn't have enough torque to pull a 6th gear. You will be surprised little fat boy! Also, no sport-bike riders spit roast other sport-bike riders, they are straight. One more thing, did you ever end up getting that large boil lanced on your nose? No....?

I have one of these, they are amazing bikes, you can really feel the gsxr "dna"... But get rid of the stock tyres bro, they are horrible. You need to get 55 profile rear, the stock 50 makes in turn too slow. Bridgestone s21's are my recommendation 😉

@@lifewithmike1883 i live in Denmark so driving there is gonna be an issue 😂 we have ppl in Denmark who can flash it too, the problem is we have very strict rules about tuning here, if the police stops you and suspect that it has been flashed they send the ecu to testing, and then i have to pay for a brand new ecu, where if its a power Commander they will just take that 🤷
