Haha thank you! That screw head holds the valve adjuster perfectly! Just needed a bit more torque - maybe next time I'll just bend the screw over!

I put the Robertson screw in a piece of hardwood I made to pencil shape or handle and glued it in.

What did you gap the intake valves to? I believe I have the same problem i just picked up a 09 gz 250

Hey there! Sorry for the delay! The cold clearances are: Intake: 0.001-0.003" or 0.03-0.08mm Exhaust: 0.003-0.005" or 0.08-0.13mm I'll add these to the description as well.

Saw gage compression only went up to 90psi, and it fired right up. Did you have the throttle fully open? Probably get a higher number. Normal is 140psi to 200psi. Limit is 114psi

ratcheting wrenches would work well for this. wish i had some. Dont know if i have any screws that will work though.
