Suzuki GZ 250 Valve Adjustment

Let's rev in the New Year with another motorcycle video!
The cold valve clearances are:
Intake: 0.001-0.003" or 0.03-0.08mm
Exhaust: 0.003-0.005" or 0.08-0.13mm
I'll add these to the description as well.

I'll mail you some ratcheting box wrenches if you'll do a video where you take apart and clean the carb and do it slowly and speak as though you're instructing a golden retriever.

Haha thank you! That screw head holds the valve adjuster perfectly! Just needed a bit more torque - maybe next time I'll just bend the screw over!

I put the Robertson screw in a piece of hardwood I made to pencil shape or handle and glued it in.

ratcheting wrenches would work well for this. wish i had some. Dont know if i have any screws that will work though.

Saw gage compression only went up to 90psi, and it fired right up. Did you have the throttle fully open? Probably get a higher number. Normal is 140psi to 200psi. Limit is 114psi

What did you gap the intake valves to? I believe I have the same problem i just picked up a 09 gz 250
