Hey can you please help me I have a 2021 King quad 500cc 4x4 and I was doing the oil change and my little brother lost the back screw. So all my oil was drian out and I had to drive the bike to my buddy salvage yard to try and find something to go in it we couldn't so I hope you get this to you I can't find the bolt sizes anywhere I need the back one front and middle I drian all 3 so that little drive with no oil my bike stall and will not start now so when I get this bolt will my bike start again it's a 2021 King quad 500cc 4x4 axi so could someone who knows please tell me the bolt sizes and what oils I can use and where what kind goes where because I heard you can only use some kinda of oil I don't really no anything about bikes so can someone please help me

Good afternoon Carolyn, thank you for all the info. This is likely a very bad situation for your engine. At no time can an engine be started or the vehicle driven with no engine oil - this will quickly cause significant damage to engine components. Given the engine will now not start it is likely the cylinder has become badly scored causing a drop in compression You will need to have the bike checked by a mechanic - fresh oil put in & a compression test. There are other failures that could also occur due to lack of oil, the big end bearing may have also overheated & siezed - does the engine turn over when you press the start button? Given your remote location you'll need to source the parts online - there are plenty of Suzuki dealers that will ship the parts & oils to you. Hope this helps Andy

Okay, so the big end isn't siezed. You'll need to get a compression test done. I think the bore is damaged.

No. Plus the switch in the left switchgear feels like it's a two stage switch. I'll pull it apart & see if there is an internal issue in the next couple of days... Cheers Andy

Andy, after you reset the maintenance hours does the wrench indicator stop showing?

Yes, I think it stays on all the time & the display counts down the hrs to next service - from memory - was a while ago now! Cheers Andy
