That looks great I am doing a similar restoration on my sj40 with the same 1.0 litre. How did you remove rust and corrosion under the shell? What tools did you use and how was the condition of under the shell before you painted it?

I used rust remover and a drill wire brushes with 400 grit sandpaper you can try jet blasting
