Suzuki RM 250 1992 Power Valve Issue and rebuild - no full throttle

It’s important to use Amsoil more than people might understand. It doesn’t clog up the power valves like other brands do. These motors run at 32:1 and can gum up quickly.

Those are the exact same valves as on my 98 arcticat snopro 440, round 2 piece suzuki. Same problems also, took out 1 piston. Made my own design.

could be the same, but its difficult to say from distance... and i think the valve from the 93 could be a bit diffrent to the 92... but in the end u can try to fix it like me.

yep i fixed it... i paid 140$ for the Exhaust Guide. it was only this part that was broken, so it was a easy thing.😏
