the amazing thing about this is that, its not much of a deviation from the original stock motor and yet its a totally different look somehow. Add to that, it doesnt look like theres too much modification made so its basically street legal especially here in the Philippines where motorcyle modifications is strictly regulated.

It has to be a tough sell for the VanVan. I mean, people buy it over the TDub for its LOOKS. The VanVan already looks fantastic. That's what drew me in and made me buy one instead of a Yamaha. Now, if you were to do this on a TDub, that would be a game-changer, because for me, and that is my opinion, not necessarily that of other people, the Tdub looks like an 80s bike because it was built in the 80s. I grew up drooling over 70s dirt bikes, and I admit that I might be a bit biased. But you have to concede that the VanVan is a good-looking motorcycle, and I don't see the point of spending all that money to change a retro beach bike into another version of a retro beach bike.

Theres something I like about this bike I guess it reminds me of my old 1972 Yamaha 360 single cyclinder thumper. a tough old bike that never gave me any trouble ever . my fucking brother borrowed it and left it unlocked and it was stolen after I only owned it 4 years.
