You did a great job! I love the Suzuki rovers. Back in '99 I bought my rv90 (1972) I was 14 yrs old! :) I rode the piss outta that bike, and really treated it unfairly, unfortunately. I still have the girl, and fully plan on pulling it outta the smokehouse one day to start the rebuild. Mine is blue. For 90cc's, it has plenty of power, and just a fun bike to ride around. I love that you put an extended front fender on the bike; the original fender was poorly designed. Anytime it was rain, the water would shoot straight into the top-end, and foul out the plug, lol... I pushed that bike all over the hills of West Virginia trying to come back home. I'm glad there's people out there you like, and others who have commented that love these old bikes. Take care, and again; good job!

I recently bought a 1971 off ebay and it was in worse shape than the photos show but still better than that. After watching your video I have decided to go forward and rebuild it going with black frame and KTM orange to match my KTM.

Hello David. Great job restoring the RV90. I recently picked up a 1972 RV90 (Blue) with only 884 original miles on the odometer. Question: where did you purchase the Bridgestone tire in size 6.7-10? Do you know if tire size 21x7x10 would work on the stock hubs? Thank you.

Hi mate . They were the actual original tyres which I scrubbed with soapy water then used tyre shine after and painted tyre white on letters . Depending on how bad your tyres are ? These tyres are hard to get Depending what country your in

What oil does it take because I changed it but need to buy new oil. And also was it hard to find a battery because I can’t find one?

Really really nice bike David. Great job restoration...it's beautiful. I have a 74...I think. I am getting new rings at a local small engine/motorcycle shop. How hard is it to find suitable replacement rear shocks? Or have you had to find replacements?

Those tires stock size? Awesome job. How bad was the red seat?lol My rv 90 is slow, bouncy and handles n brakes horribly. Is my favorite of 8 bikes tho. Funny what we love.
