What about the rock garden? Thats always fun, Thanks for puting this up.
@BuiltForDirt7 жыл бұрын
There was some footage of the rock garden in there. It was the most challenging spot, no one had any issues there so that was nice

Tj Im from Argentina , these days I'm working on my samurai , 1.6 16v from swift carburator , toyota rear and front axless, I follow your very good story, your machine.
@BuiltForDirt7 жыл бұрын
That sounds like a great Samurai. I hope to put a 1.6 16v in my Samurai some day. What size tires do you run on yours?

Hey thank you! It's one of my favorite trails that is for sure. I know the feeling of wanting to get your Zuk done! I'm right in the middle of rebuilding mine and haven't taken it out in a long time...

Awesome vid. In your opinion, which vehicle did the best overall?
@BuiltForDirt7 жыл бұрын
Every one did great. It is hard to argue against the JK on 40s though. I didn’t get as much footage of it as I would have liked because he was always leading the way.

I'm sorry for pointing out something so stupid , but why is your fords steering wheel turned so much to the left to go down the highway , lol. anyway i love your videos on the samurai they are awesome, I have a samurai too, but we are sort of in a different genre of off-roading. You are in cali prolly southern cali, rock desert, while im in texas houston area swampy mud , but either way i be watching and learning stuff on your channel . keep up the good work. ok no im not sure what part of cali you are in because i see some landscape tha looks like northern cali, like donner pass area but whatever

Hey David. You are very observant. As for the Ford I was turning left in that shot. The steering wheel is centered I assure you. It’s my dads F250 I borrowed for that trip. It’s a meticulously maintained 1997 F250 with 320k on the odometer currently and still running great. I’m actually more on the central coast of California. Almost exactly halfway between LA and SF. About 6 hour drive to the Rubicon and 4.5 down to Johnson Valley (King of the Hammers). The closest decent trails are about 3 hrs away. I am about 35 minutes away from the Pismo Dunes, but I don’t really like the dunes too much to be honest. Thanks for watching!
