Thanks for your expert knowledge and experience. Your differentiation of symptoms and causes is invaluable. "Empty spot" is a perfect description. Had me chasing it for days on a Daihatsu with this same ATE pump. Cheers.

I have a suzuki sx4, changed the master cylinder and the rear two cylinders, the same problem pedal goes to the bottom
