Lovely. Best colour for the R, and the Yoshis are the icing on the cake! Just saw you have a matching SRAD, nice!

Thanks Tim, much appreciated mate.. Yep, I’m a sucker for the classic Suzuki blue & white colour scheme. Cheers for the comment 😁👍🏼

SP1.. awesome bike, and the only other superbike twin I haven’t tried. I recently sold my RSV Factory with Akra’s, & I had a 916 with Termi’s, but the TLR sounds better than both! Your SP1 I’m sure sounds amazing.. along with the cam gear whine 😎👌🏼 Cheers for the comment.. ride safe mate 👍🏼
Very nice!! I have a 2000 model with blue flame exhaust she sounds sweet too.👍

Cheers mate.. They do sound awesome. I had an RSV with Akras previous to the TL, & the TLR sounds so much better 😎👍

Thank you sir.. I agree, there's just something about old school sport bikes that I can't get enough of 😁👍

Yes that's the sound I love, also have yoshi rs3 cans on mine, love the sound.

They do sound good.. I had an Aprilia RSV Factory with Akras previous, and 916 on Termi's a good few years ago.. & i can confirm, the TL-R sounds better! Keep hold of your TL mate, ride safe.. Cheers for commenting 😎👍

@@waynester71 I have a 2000 model, originally yellow but changed it over to the tri colour blue, white and black, and mine has just ticked over 20,000 Ks, I don't ride it as much as I'd like, too many clowns on the road in Sydney Australia.

@@johntreloar8203Same here mate, lots of idiots on the roads.. also we have a proliferation of speed cameras, so a little ‘indiscretion’ can have serious consequences for your licence! Keep it shiny side up 😎🤙🏽

@karlredshaw7447 Cool, definite Suzuki fan then 👍 I'd like an earlier GSXR1100, but it means selling a bike as 6 is the max I can fit in my garage.. First World worries eh 🫣😄👍

Beautiful bike It's a shame they stopped making V-twin sportbikes.

Thanks.. I agree, they are such a different riding experience. I had a Ducati 916 and Aprilia RSV previous.. but I actually prefer the TLR to ride.. Thanks for commenting 🙏🏽

@@waynester71 I almost bought brand new 2007 TL1000S but went with R6. Now that I'm older I regret that decision and it's too late to buy a new V-twin. Maybe I will buy a used TL or SV in great condition one day but it's not gonna be easy to find one. In Europe it's much easier to find older bike in very good condition, in US they're all trashed, modified like crazy or dead which is very sad. Easy come, easy go mentality lol

As the years go by it gets harder to find these bikes in good all original condition, even here in the UK.. But they’re still out there and worthy of hunting one down. Brilliant engine, just gobs of torque! 😁👊🏼

Is that fairing standard? Most of them seem to be half fairing. I’d consider one of these if it looked like yours.
@waynester7111 күн бұрын
It's standard.. I think you're thinking of the TLS, which is half faired & a different bike tbh.. The TLR was produced for Suzuki to go WSBK racing.. The TLS has its own cult following, but I'm a TLR/superbike fan myself 😉👍
