Suzuki tsx 50 125km/h

Not me driving, some1 which i dont know who, have borrowed it and filmed :)
Charmo 47mm self lifted and ported, Malossi 47mm A piston modified, Power Reeds, Yasuni R3, 26mm flatslide carb(not tuned correctly yet), 145 nozzle(to little), RM80 clutch(RM125 springs), Rmx50 6 gears, HPI digital ignition Kit, BR10ES sparkplug, modfied cylinder head. Toppspead so far i heard = 135+km/h

I always prefered Honda MT5 but the TS50 was superiour when it came to suspension. Haven't heard much bad about the engine or gear box either. Built to last

I miss that old times now i am on a china 139qmbThe 10 liters of fuel are not a argument against it,it goes and goes and,goes.Piston rings every 1500km a spark plug after 4000 and a clutch in 6000,thats it.Got like 21 hp measured by police in 1999.The fine was for 3rd gear 60kmh cause they could not measure with a broken meter.The dyno at Daytona shop measured the 21hp starting hp with a 72 charmo and 24 mikuni carb and a cheap racing exhaust,rm80 clutch as well but all that with a old ignition.ended at like 15000rpm .I had the 5 speed box and short transmission(just the end meshes),top 115kmh. Not even a Porsche 964 came even close till like 70kmh.Further i gave it 1/25 in the gastank,not at the pump.Jet was a 150.Airfilter drilled but original with a dustsucker tube ,fixed with glue

Det står rett under filmen, men er for det meste selvmodifisert trim. Er gjort noen forbedringer nå, men veivlagrene skar seg så de blir fikset i lag med mer flowporting fra blokk og oppover :)

Centurion92 On a moped, the only thing you need to do is let go of the gas, then change gear. = gearbox not smashed. and dont try to argue, i own a 1985 Tsx, and i still got a working gearbox xD

Centurion92 There was Castrol 85-W90 oil in that engine at the time, meaning the clutch did not release before 12k rpm with full trottle, cause of tick sticky oil. Although now its Castrol 35-W40 and clutch works. However the gearbox won't break from that shifting without clutch. The clutch itself will break and start glipping long before that. Weak points at tsx is ingition coil and clutch, although for a normal setup a clutch will do just fine, mine is RM80 77-79 mod clutch with RM125 springs and 4 times tick tsx lamells, instead of 5 thin rmx/rm/etc ones cause i dident have any new of that types.

+Podróżnik I think not... it's a dog-box there is no synchro's to be stripped by not using the clutch, infact my KZ2 racing shifter-kart (which has same type of gear-box design) you only use the clutch to start of from zero, the rest is just letting off, or blip the throttle at shifitng up and down respectively... Yes they will see some wear in the very long run, but not much...

Jadå, ikke problem i det hele tatt :P Veiva holder minimum dobbelt av malossi sine hestekrefter og minst halv annen gang turtallet :) Denne tsen har orginalveiv som tåler 16k rpm med masse hk og en del mere moment en normal malossi sylinder :)

No, depending on wich cylinder the big bore is, and the shape of the engine, it will run between 80-100km/h with a lower acceleration.

Sometimes xD At that moment i had overkill of an clutch + way to tick oil. 85W-90 castrol... It's an RM80 77mod clutch, with RM125 springs and ticker clutchlamels, so in combination witht that tick oil it doesent even clutch unless hard gasstrottle is given at the same moment xD

Yes :) Ported by myself :) Cylinder is cutted down 3,4mm. Piston is malossi 47 turned 180 deagreses, and 3 bottom seals. Cylinder is ported with 36,4mm wide exaust and wider and better transfers and intake and longer durations etc. Cylinderhead is cutted 3,5mm and then made into 47mm with 50% squish. 26mm carb and HPI ignition. Yasuni R3 short stock exaust. Is power setup. RM80/125cc combi clutch and RMX50 6 gears. Engine block matchported to cylinder.

Sprockets are the gearing? Its 14-54 for the chain(12-54 is original). The gear system is stock though(not strenghtened or anything)

Der kuplung was kaputt ;d To tick oil. So it wouldent clutch cause the lamells where glewed together by the 85-W90 tick oil.

I had a ts50x I built from the ground up when I was 15 (18 years ago) which I stuck a 80cc kit in with a dep exhaust system and all the trimmings. I was offered a straight swap for stan Stevens sons tuned derbi 50 but turned it down as this was definitely more fun.

Ah, eg forstår :) Men eg brukar atm en selvlaga topp som er planet 3,5mm og deretter utforma til 47mm. Med 50% squishband for kjøling slik at den ikke selvdetonerer på høyt turtall. Men jeg vurderer å prøve singh spor som jeg fikk et hint om fra en. Da vil jeg prøve å dra i gang med 9,5:1 dynamisk kompresjon og singh spor :) Tror ikke man får kjøpt noen trimtopp til tsx, og med min eksodurasjon på 207 grader så må jeg ha mye mindre milliliter over stempel for å åpnå korrekt dynamiske komp.

he cant use the clutch trust me i own a 1989 tsx my self and it has mallosi cylinder and a mallosi carburettor and it is very common that the clutch stick is broken or he has forgotten just to tighten up the clutch cover or what its called and that the kick starter doesent work but mine tsx deove without clutch since 2003 untill 2015 where i bought it and fixed it

By using a derbi edition of the Yasuni R3 short stock, then mount the spacer + plate(had to widen holes in plate), then attach with springs...

Ja tror det er rmx bakskjerm, den sto på da jeg kjøpte den :P Nei den er ikke borra, jeg har faktisk akselerasjons dreving 14-54, har hatt 135 med flere anledninger og samme dreving. Porter/oppsett/kompresjon slår kubikk :P

Well here it has to little bensin and air. With bigger nozzle and more air it does 135km/h and gets then strong power all the way to 16k+. U can drag it to 17k, but it starts loosing power after 16k.

Setup?

Its listed in description. Porting durations are: exhaust 206-208, transfers 145-148 cant rememeber and intake port is 179 degreases. The cylinder head is cutted down 3,5mm and fitted to 47mm piston with somewhat of a hemi/regular hybrid design with 50% squish areal. With 0,4mm squish clearance outer field and 0,7mm inner. The cylinder itself is cutted down 3,2-3,4mm if i remember correct due to the fact original this cylinder miss 3mm to open ports all the way, and also to gain compression of the idiot 1+mm squish original. The intake is 26+mm gradually getting wider towards intake ports and a smooth paralell Chanel to reedvalve, instead of the bad design original. Exhaust port is 78% if diameter wide, widest in its upper areal (in the blow down area). It has a nice finish, but i dont bother to polish it. The intake and intake ports have some roughtness to them to avoid accumulation of gas drops and to achieve a small turbulens to better blend the gass for a cleaner combustion. The transfers are increase Flow and motor block matched towards it, without making to much volum in them, such that i maintain best possible pressure differanse between under and over piston and for higher Flow speed true transfer channels.
