I'm still gonna say, pain arc is the best storyline i've seen in anime. I mean, there are better animes as a whole, but still. This arc is just peak shonen anime.

yes but tbh that was a war. leaf shinobi weren't destroying villages to kidnap underage kids. i love pain's character but his actions are not justifiable.

@@isaiahhouston228 Did you only watched pain arc or something like that ?? You say Nagato's parents were killed, so was Naruto's. And not only that, he had to live with his parent's killer for the rest of his life. Nagato had to live alone in hunger, so was Naruto. Not only he was alone, he was continuesly getting ostracized by the people he sacrificed his life for. And Yahiko's death, yeah didn't you remember that, Jiraya dies few episodes ago. Pain or Nagato's pain his far more inferior to Naruto's. It's juts Naruto doesn't whine and complain about it or take it on another person. All pain did was put on an act of god and try to get his inner pain out through, some random people who didn't even know wtf was happening. I didn't see Hiruzen( leader of the leaf in two ninja wars) or Danzo(who was actually responsible for Yahiko's death) getting killed. Now do you ?? All I did see was, Pain killing Jiraya (who actually helped them in their tuff times) killed Kakashi (who was pretty much a chIld when his all pains happaned) and Hinata, I mean seriously, hinata. His acts aren't justified and never will be. He's a terrorist seeking for vengeance and temporary satisfaction. Just by playing god, doesn't make you an one.

@@a_heralictus5867 good points but I disagree about naruto was not going to starve the leaf needs him to live, Nagoto, lost a friend not out being week because his friend thought it was he only way for them to live his killed him by running into his nageto knife, you have some other good points like donzo and others but just like anyone apart of a village donzo was allowed to do things that caused a lot things so I would say it’s the leafs fault to a point, and what type of justice did lead have to suffer for that?

Watching Naruto Shippuuden whenever the episodes came out provided more adrenaline and mystery not knowing which episode will be the last for Naruto, this was a peak moment in the series and I thought it was getting near to the end. The soundtracks made this episode so epic and every time i am rewatching it, I still have goosebumps.

The nine tailed fox was taken from the legend of the kistune from Japanese mythology along with the Amaterasu and the Susano they all tie in pretty well and were able to adapt it to their own design for this show

It’s what happens when you have multiple art styles in the same episode. At least I’m assuming you’re referring to the exaggerated facial features in some frames. It’s meant to be hilariously over the top. I mean in the highly praised Naruto and Sasuke fight in Part 1 we saw shades of that. I immediately think of Naruto punching Sasuke in the gut and his eyes are white. It looks horrible. Yet at the beginning of the episode we have an art style closer to normal episodes.
