Based on how he treats the kid, Garou is not purely anti-human or pro-monster for specist reasons. But there's still more backstory left. Also remember how that celebrity Amai Mask acts? It's not always as simple as good side/bad side. Plenty of heroes are driven by glory and fame. The Stain comparison is not bad, but Garou is still different. And yes, his methods are extreme.

Metal Bat is my favorite OPM character, he's low ranked in S but in the right circumstances I feel like he could punch above his weight class. And I love that he's a delinquent with a heart of pure gold lol

1st of all you don't have to feel bad about your situation. We enjoy your reactions no matter what. Don't think about it, just do whatever makes you feel good! 2nd of all, you might have heard it a million times by now, but Garou hasn't kill anyone yet... He leaves them beaten and unconscious. He just wants to prove that monsters are strong too and they have a chance of winning. But he's not really a monster in his soul. He doesn't have evil intentions.. That's why he doesn't kill innocent people to prove his point.

Ok, here's the difference between Stain and Garou. Stain's hatred of heroes was legitimate, the "#2" hero mutilated Stain's face, did it without remorse or pity (and to be honest the #2 at the time was a hero in name only, Christ what he put his wife and children through was beyond monstrous). Stain actions, though monstrous, were understandable given what SOME heroes would do with their abilities. Garou on the other hand sympathizes with the monsters on the wrong thing. He seems to not understand the fundamental difference between the popularity of Justice Man and the evil of the monsters. In this world monsters might have once been people, but their cruelty and malice changed them into something inhuman (both inside and outwardly). The Deep Sea King for instance wasn't at the arena to terrorize people, he was there to KILL THEM ALL. He was planning on turning humanity into food, that's not being unpopular, that's literally killing and eating humans. Garou wouldn't understand the need to defeat the Deep sea King until DSK tried to kill and eat him.

Dragon and God are completely different, Centichoro isn't a threat capable of exterminating humanity. Even if Saitama weren't around, there are heroes who can beat him. Threat Levels go as: -Wolf: Any potential threat that poses a danger to an unknown degree. -Tiger: Any threat to a large number of people. -Demon: Any threat to a city and its people. -Dragon: Any threat to multiple cities. -God: A threat endangering the survival of humanity in general.

the issue with some monsters is that the majority of them are animals, or representations of the animal and vegetable kingdoms, and therefore they are fighting humans for the inequality and injustice that these suffer at the hands of civilization, some even give a speech about what their reasons are before attacking, but we humans just see them as "monsters", hence the sympathy that some human characters show to them from the beginning of the show, including Dr. Genus from house of evolution who used animal traits and lately Garou.

I think to a degree Garou's assessment to superhero's has a point. All Garou sees are the poorly written one dimensional superhero's who always win and have little to know character development or challenges to overcome. Character development is normally acquired through mental or physical defeat by there enemies or everyday conflicts around them, it's what creates good characters and stories.

Just fyi, the animation isn't bad, if you compare it to most anime, season 2 of one punch man is still very good. Its just that season 1 was practically a masterpiece of animation, so naturally many people were dissapointed when season 2 had gone down in quality. I wont go into what exactly is worse, because that might make you notice things you perhaps wouldnt otherwise and enjoy it less. But overall the animation is still good, and the story is only getting better!

16:55 if you look close enough and you'll see it. I'm not saying the animation for S2 were that bad, but the way they did the animation is look lifeless for me. They're lack of creativity. With the blur movement is gone in the Bluray version (the one you put in this video is the TV version that still has the blur movements. Which is why I tell you to change it in the next reaction if you want. Trust me, with the blur gone, the show looks more better). And also, there are few moments in this show that is similar to the manga. It's like they copy paste it. Unike season 1, they put a lot of effort to make it even more better than the manga

yes, everyone says that S2 is bad but for my op nah its good and understandable. s1 is top tier up until now people still mentioned it all over the animes fight scene, its just s2 is not as good as s1 but still can be call a good anime. compared the animations to Tokyo Revengers and SDS s3, OPM s2 is way better.

Well Suzy first of all i don't know what are you talking about having you speach sounds weird and so, because it is not weird at all ☺️, hope You will be better so soon. And Yes you are so right about the animation of this season looking awsome, i also feels like you tbh which i don't know why people keeps saying season 2 has bad animations and yet they are watching it 😅, i mean i know season 1 had a better style and animations but come on guys, season 2 is also showed awsome animations too. That being said, about Metal Bat, he us one of the strongest heros in the show and he gets more and more powerful and faster the more he fights and the more he bumped up, he has not show his full potential yet even in the manga or the webcomic. He could defeat a dragon level monster, and i have a reason to say that too. And btw Metal Bat is so special that even the show has made 2 episodes in row for him (this episode and the next to come), and that is just something cool, i mean the author is just showing you how cool Metal Bat is! And i even have another saying about him but i'll leave that to next episode because i don't want to spoil Suzy about the next episode 😉
