I have a question how do u make fresh kuku tender, I recently cooked kuku but I tell u it was still hard to chew, kindly advice

Marinate it for about 2 hours in lemon juice minced garlic and tomatoes, or use plain yogurt and some onion, or honey white wine/lemon juice/orange juice ...with salt pepper and spices of your choice. Then when you cook, first brown the pieces of chicken on a pan (in batches if necessary), then do the stew process - onions garlic veggies liquid etc. Or bake the chicken in a hot oven for about an hour and a half. For kienyeji chicken you can brown the pieces of you like or fry them with sliced onions, then add white wine to cook the chicken (it tenderises it) . Then stew it or wet fry etc as you like
