Suzy just a tip from a cooking enthusiast like you…. When u forget to put spices take a small pan, put kidogo oil let it get hot and pure ur spices for like 30 seconds and Zima ur gas…. Don’t let them burn, then u can add them to ur food.🥰

Suzie you can make your tomato paste in large amount ready to be used at any time in months if you want to cook anything with tomato, and in your tomato paste you add beet root by blending together with it, and don't forget to remove seeds in tomatoes they contain more water. It saves a lot and very helpful

Hey Sally! So glad to hear you like our channel. 🤗🤗 Rice freezes very well. The reason I don't make it in advance is because I have limited freezing space. So I choose to make the carbs daily because those are easier to make and less time consuming. 😉

Hey Gracie! The food in the deep freezer can last up to 72 hours in the freezer as long as you keep it closed and avoid opening it often. Thankfully we rarely get black outs for that long.
