Funny that so many people haven't made pancakes on a sheet pan, it's something I have done for over a dozen years, I'm not good at making regular pancakes, they turn out......... let's just say they DONT turn out!!😂😅 My husband loves sheet pan cakes! So fluffy and big, I always just use a regular pancake recipe, and yes I add chocolate chips, my husband likes peanut butter on his, instead of syrup., or chocolate syrup.......😅 Thank you for all your videos, your energy and enthusiasm is so wonderful!! ❤❤

Love your breakfast ideas and your cooking channel, the mistake you made with the hash brown was to cook them first, all you needed to do was grate and squeeze it out with a thin cloth, lay it the bottom of your dish and the heat will cook it easily, or you can mix it with a little flour flatten them in an oval shape then deep fry to make hash brown.

I don’t think you did anything “wrong” with the hash browns but I usually make my hashbrowns in small cubes because it’s just way easier to cook and keep a good texture after cooking. They don’t fall apart the way the shredded ones do but I also could be doing the shredded wrong 😂 but maybe you can try that out next time if the shredded version gives you a hard time again 😅💚 Everything looked soooo yummy!! I have to try the pancake in a baking dish like that! So much easier 🤯 I absolutely LOVE your positive attitude even through the parts that didn’t go to plan. You just stay positive and know you can try again and laugh your way through it..such a good thing for all of us to practice 🙌🏽🫶🏽

For hash browns here in the USA is a patty of shredded potatoes. Potato hash is the shredded potato. Potato OBrian is the same with shredded onion and finally chopped green peppers. A large size grater is used and the potato should be raw. Different potatoes have different texture so Russet are best. They will hold their shape and get crispy. Other potatoes get mushy/creamy. Keep the potatoes in cold water before and after grating then dry well getting all the water out. You can use right away or freeze for later.

Baking powder is a complete leavening agent, meaning it contains both sodium bicarbonate and an acidic ingredient. Baking soda does not have an acidic component, so it can only be used in recipes that have an acidic component like butter milk, citrus juice, etc. I hope that helps. 🤗🤗
