Hi there, iv'e enjoyed your videos here in England. I just wanted to ask, did you hand steer all the time, or did you have an auto helm or other means to help steer the boat. I have a home built Flicka ( i built her from a set of plans in 1993 ). Best regards, Oz.

I used a Raymarine 2000 tiller pilot for probably 90% of the journey. Key is to reef head sail at around 15 knts and that limits weather helm making it a breeze for tiller pilot.
