Anechoically (2M) if this hits 100db+ 10hz and 105+dB at 12hz I'll consider these a huge success. I think 105dB+ at 12.5hz is achievable but it will be hard to hit 10hz with authority given the small cabinet. I'm really happy that SVS listened to the voice of the loud, vocal minority, hardcore enthusiasts (AVSForum) lol and focused on extension :D. I really hope they add more extension capabilities to their entire lineup. IMO 12.5hz-14hz should be the standard going forward at a $1000+ pricepoint.

For the money I would get the Stereo Integrity 18" woofer and custom built box and buy amp from them. But reality is $499 Starke SW15 right now and that will definitely Test my Neighbors patience as well....

Alot of fluff in this long video, but no mention of the important things- Amplifier continuous power rating? How low does it play? The 16ultra frequency response plummets at 16hz does the new one play lower in frequency? Did they mention any output measurementS? Also he is wrong the dsp can not affect in any way the amount of air that goes through the ports and if pushed hard any ported sub will “chuff”
