doesnt show him removing the bolt under the superchager
@AlexAutoFun2 жыл бұрын
Hi richard! not sure what you mean bud, this video is how to remove the injectors without removing the supercharger, so I never actually go under the supercharger. Hope this makes sense, Cheers!

@@AlexAutoFun you show how to remove the other bolts but you don't show how you removed the bolt from under the sc

@@richardhughes651 Hi Richard! not sure which bolt are you referring to but if it's under the sc, then it won't be seen as I don't remove the supercharger so I never go under it. Hope this makes sense bud!
@richardhughes6512 жыл бұрын
@@AlexAutoFun I am referring to the bolt under the sc that you have to remove that holds the fuel ijc in place.there are 2 of them.the one in the front is easy to get to it's the one under the sc that's the problem.in the video it just skips over that and says now I remove the 2 bolts that hold the t ok top rail on

@@richardhughes651 Hi Richard! ah yes I mention at the 5:40 mark that I used a ratcheting wrench for that bolt (bolt location shown by the arrow on the left) I placed a linked to the wrench I used in the video description. However as I mentioned it is a tight spot and it's only gets tighter once the tech gets to the last injector. I would recommend you advise the tech doing this install that the last injector is in a tighter spot than the second fuel rail bolt, if he is having a hard time getting to this bolt, he may not be able to get to the last injector. Hope this helps, Cheers!

you dont show how to remove the bolt in back thats under the sc. all you show is putting the frint bolt in and tightening it up. its the bolt under the sc thats the problem. you skip over that part

Waaay easier to remove the throttle body on the driver side
@AlexAutoFun3 жыл бұрын
Hi Garrett! Do you mean on the passenger side? I think I seen superchargers where it's on the drivers side..
@garrettgriggs97123 жыл бұрын
@@AlexAutoFun Haha. Yes!🤣. Glad you were paying attention. Unfortunately, (even though it was easy to remove) I wound up tearing the paper TB gasket. It would be a great idea to buy a new gasket BEFORE you remove the TB/ intake tube.
@AlexAutoFun3 жыл бұрын
@@garrettgriggs9712 LOL! but yeah that's a good idea having the gasket on hand. What sucks too on my blower (I think this is only an issue on certain blowers) the side elbow doesn't separate from the body, I thought about taking the TB out but the elbow still was in the way, so hopefully my next blower will have a detachable elbow!
@garrettgriggs97123 жыл бұрын
@@AlexAutoFun That makes sense. You would need to remove the blower. That would be a huge hassle. Great job in the video. You have a talent explaining things. Very well done. Probably the best tutorial I have ever seen, and I’ve seen TONS of them.
