I might have to get a professional to install for me. I can't get side panels to be removed or the center panel where the gear shift is. Quite the headache it has proven to be tbh.

Hi Alex, Do you know if those inner batteries (Lithium Polymer) are powered under AC or DC voltage from the PCB in the mirror ? I've got a mirror with no battery, but the connectors are here, I did a measure but it is chaotic. I've got an ANENG AN8008, and even if the measure could be wrong, it could go to few MHz for the sampling and give an average value. I wanted to add a Li-Po battery, but with those data I am a little bit concerned. 😁

Thanks to you - I just finished the dashcam install on my 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The OBD USB C connector was only $18 on Amazon. Tucking the wires behind the necessary panels proved to be quick and easy and no more dangling power cords to my vehicle's USB and 12V power ports in my line of sight. I've set my OBD device to turn on and off with the ignition. VERY handy.

Awesome video. I took a picture with google to even figure out what it was. Mine is fully extended. I smooshed it to a retracted position brcause it was all the way out. I really want to try to reinstall the old valve but i dont want to screw up anything so i suppose i will just buy one. 😂❤

I just bought one $309.99 9-21-2024 at O’Reilly’s it didn’t come with no manual or a case nothing! Plus as I used it I noticed it all ready had a cars information on it a 2014 Equinox my car is a 2006 Equinox so I took it back and told them this a used scanner now I’am waiting for them to get another one in the store supposed to be tomorrow. I was wanting the Innova 5610 v2 but they only had the 5610 heck I was wanting the newer one version 2 I’ll see what comes in tomorrow. A case would have been nice and a paper manual and a OB1 adapter. 🙄 I can’t believe they tried to sell me a scanner that had been used I told the guy that the box had greasy finger prints on the box and it looked like it had been opened but when I seen that 2014 Equinox with its Vin number on there that was the last straw. ( Update part 2 ) Bought second scanner new 9-23-2024 took back the first one it was used. I bought the 5610 two days ago at a O’Reilly’s automotive store and I told the salesman that the box looked like someone used it as it had dirty finger prints on it I got home it had no manual or paper work I hooked it up to our 2006 Equinox and everything looked good then I found my car listed plus a 2014 Equinox and I don’t have a 2014 so I figured this tester is used so I took it back to the store and they didn’t have another so they ordered one from their bigger store who is their supplier. I actually wanted the 5610 v2 model but this used one was a 5610 so on with the story I put it back in the box and I seen a two page pamphlet crunched up at the bottom of the box. So they ordered the new scanner and I picked it up yesterday in said on the box 5610 same model I thought but when I removed it from the box it was the newer version 5610 v2 with a rubber protective case around the scanner plus this had the protective screen cover that you peel off and it had another cord that plugs in the bottom of the scanner a USB cable it also had a fairly thick manual and a case to put everything in. So far I’am happy now. I wasn’t impressed with O’Reilly’s trying to sell me a used scanner at $309.99 September 2024

I see the up and down but what about left to right? I like that it can be removed easily. If i want i suppose i can use the Rear cam for interior also.

Hi there, I have 2 spare fuses and a fuse that isn’t used (OPT). The fuse that isn’t used, has power everytime even when the car off and the spares have power when the car is on. However, I noticed that the fuse slot has only one metal side (the other side is just plastic). Am I still able to use these fuses?
