Just a quick video on my new dry bag. Retails about £75 on ebay.

I have the same one thought it was a little big myself but does role up fairly easily. Recommend some extra straps which fasten onto my Pannier framework. This stops it moving sideways..

Nice big plate for your top box. Does it give the bag enough room to strap down lengthwise over the pillion seat?

Without the tip box on it would!

...any update on how you like it? I’m looking at one of these too, to put my tent & sleeping gear in to keep it all together. It looks massive, and if the length is enough for my Mototent, it looks like pretty good value for money

Ronan Rogers yes mate it’s great!!! Can fit in loads and straps really well to the bike! I’ll do a follow up video soon!

Hi, I'm considering buying this bag, the only thing that worries me, is as it's quite long, will it deform and overhang on both sides of the pillion seat too much (I don't have any kind of side bags or boxes, just the top box, same as you)? In your video, the bottom looks straight when mounted on the bike. Is there any kind of a rigid reinforcement in the bottom of the bag? Thanks!

Yea it is quite rigid! I had a big tent in there which was the same width as the bag! I suppose it all depends what your planning on putting in it!!!

@@floatybisquit Hey, thanks very much for replying. Just to clarify, you're saying it's rigid by itself, or your tent in the bottom was rigid and that's why it was straight? Thanks again!

Vlad M sorry for the late reply! I’ve had it out and the bottom isn’t rigid!! So maybe a smaller one would be better for you!

I'm never a fan of those clips, but they sound nice and secure. The next test is in the rain.

Easy to attach really.. there's a loophole at the end, just swing the clip in around to your attachment(foot peg bracket or something) then snap the other end to the bag, then adjust and tighten as necessary.. no need to tie it.. Maybe tie the excess rope.

Do you think I could used the bag on a CBR650F?
@floatybisquit6 жыл бұрын
Edwin Ramos I think you’d struggle with having such a thin seat! The bag sits better over panniers to be honest! Unless you have room to put it length ways????
