so, for myself looking at the original, and the new, i have long legs ,so i chose the lower one?, when the new foot rest is in position, the rubber seems to be the same height as the old foot rest ?> am i wrong?????

Yes, for me they really made a difference. Not so much the lowering, but the grip. I was always afraid that my feet would slip on the small rubber pegs when riding a little more off road.

The lower setting was the same height as standard which is a shame.

From what i can see, from it size, even at the lower position, it sits higher than the oem one...:-(

screenshot the before and after. Both pegs are exactly the same height. what a waste of money and effort. not good if you are trying to lower the pegs
