the PS2/Wii/PSP/Switch version of the game is the the best version, and i know each of those have slight differences. The Wii/Switch has versus. PSP has historic missions and Order 66. Graphics wise, maybe not the best versions. But gameplay wise it is so much more fun than the PS3/XBOX/PC. Also the Vader boss at the end of the game was great on the Wii/Switch/PS2/PSP cos as you attacked Vader, you'd gradually damage some of the armour. In the PS3/XBOX/PC version it's done in a quicktime event
