Monsoon Special Palak Pakoda Recipe | Spinach Fritters| How to make Pakora| पकोड़े कुरकुरे ओर टेस्टी

✅ Ingredients
For Bhajiya Masala:
-10-12 Peppercorns
-1 Tbsp Whole Coriander
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
- 8 to 9 Garlic Cloves
✅ Method:
-Dry Roast all the ingredients given above other than Garlic and cool it down
-Now mix it with Garlic and roughly grind it.
- 400 gm spinach (palak)
- 1 potato
- 2 onions
- 4 chopped green chillies
- 20-25 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp hing
- 100 gm coriander stem (chopped)
- 1.5 cup gram flour (Besan)
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- Salt as required
- Pinch Soda Bicarbonate
- Bhajiya Masala
- Water as required
- 1 tbsp hot oil
- Oil for frying
✅ Method
-In a bowl, add besan, rice flour, all the spices and water and mix well. (keep it thick)
Now add spinach and hot oil to it and mix well (Tip Don't mix too much after adding spinach)
-Fry it in hot oil and serve hot.
