Awesome haul. I seriously need to head over the pond and spend some big money at some American cons. You guys have so much more available it hurts lol. Even just collections coming up for sale. It's so hard sourcing in the uk. Think it's time to get hold of my long lost uncle from Vegas lol

I love the way Mike Ploog drew Topaz....so Eisner-ish! I love all Ploog issues of WBN! Fifty bucks is extraordinarily cheap for Avengers #55. I've been looking to upgrade my copy and glad to hear it's cooled off. Avengers #11 is a GREAT pickup. The Disney show to come is World of Wakanda.

LOVE the Ultron pick-up! So undervalued. Plus, possible potential return depending on how they play the "colorless" Vision character from WandaVision. Even if he doesnt, its one of the GREAT Avengers villains of all time, imo. Great pick ups overall!

Nice haul Swags! Love that Marvel Premier 1. Waaaay undervalued in my opinion. Be careful on that High Evolutionary spec though. In GOTG post credit scene, Ayesha already names him "Adam" while he's still in the cocoon so they could potentially skip over the HIM arc completely. Anxious to see the rest of the vids.

Swagg, I totally agree with you about Avengers 55..severely undervalued!!! I believe it will start to skyrocket up in price in the near future just cause of the significance and age. I was also able to get this issue for $50 but several years ago and it looks NM; need to get it graded!✌🏼

I just brought a first app of Darkseid for such a good price and just feel that DC comics like this at the moment are much more undervalued than Marvel ones just because they aren’t yet as big or formed as well as marvel on the big screen.

I am NOT a "professional" comics collector but my casual comment is to not sneer at Bronze Age comics, especially news stand editions, which started becoming increasingly rare by the.end of the 80s! I knew a guy who was CRAZY about BLACK PANTHER, especially from the 70s and it didn't matter if it was written by DON McGREGOR or JACK KIRBY just as long as it was T'CHALLA! Another guy exclusively collected LEGION OF SUPER HEROES and one young woman loved CARL BARKS' various "Duck" comics and ARCHIES! One guy on KZbin loves Silver and Bronze Age Horror while I'm into Bronze age Sword and Sorcery as well as various CHARLTONs! BRONZE AGE comics may not command big dollars, but they are steady sellers among Baby Boomers who collect vintage comics!

Way way WAY too fast. A major reason a lot of us watch these videos is to get a grip on what the local markets are doing for book prices. If you could slow down when you're on the floor it would be much appreciated.

@@Swagglehaus Then can I suggest going without the VIP ticket before opening or during special hours? If you want a genuine "feel" of the event then you'll want to go when it's absolutely bonkers rather than when it's completely empty. And as far as the prices, the video goes way too fast to see the prices. Honestly, like, 85% of your channel is finance based, so you can expect your audience is going to want to see the raw numbers. Are prices good in your area? Is it worth it to try and make it to the event? Is there a particular store with good prices I see that I should try and outreach via email etc. etc.
