For him he never buys heal cut in lane and he hates heal cut in general , he sees it useless over the past changes over past years. The thing is that 800g delays you power spike by a lot , morello sucks, chemtech chainsword sucks, mortal is more expensive than ldr plus worse build path, so if he must buy it that the supp’s heal cut apply isn’t good enough, he buys heal cut after completing 2 legendary items. Is it optimal? No, imo even if it’s tax you should rush it in solo lane if no ignite makes the gank kill easier, or at least after one complete item. If you finish reading all these congrats you will be in silver soon.
