Im from colorado born n raised and ive been to estes park numerous time and ive also been to the stanley hotel a few times and taken a tour and its super wierd...the higher up you go the colder it gets...they wont let anyone into the maids quarters..but ive got pics from the highest level you can go and I guess they call it "the shining hall" ...its got a strange vibe down in the very bottom basement area...they kept the trunks of the trees and have creepy tunnels all throughout the basement..I felt a presence down there that wasnt good. You should go its gorgeous and creepy and super fun.
