17:10 highly recommend a skyrim one off maybe. Create a character is deep and you can really do whatever you want in the world for the most part. And it's super easy to mod even on some consoles

I hated the Palworld stuff with copyright. I disagree with it because Pokemon did not invent the concept of monsters you capture. Digimon is digital monsters you capture. The creators of Digimon were working on releasing it before Pokemon was out in Japan. Pokemon did come out first, but it was in development at the same time. Things do not develop in a few months, that stuff takes time. If you ever watch Card Captire Sakura. The monsters are real and captured in cards. Yu-gi-oh, the backstory and myths are that th3 monsters were really and captured in stone tablets. Modern version, the cards are still tied to actual monsters that some of the protagonist have special bonds and links with. Pokemon is part of a genre. Imagine being a successful writer who is one of the first to write comedy and you feel empowered to copywrite because you think you own comedy. Pokemon as a card game was influenced by Magic the Gathering, which existed first. Yu-gi-oh, Monster Rancher, Yokai Warch, Dinosaur King, Card Captor Sakura, Mon Colle Knights, Ni no Kuni, Beyblade, Bakugan all are similar in premise. Some of these were being made at the same time as Pokemon and clearly not copies of it. The first monster collecting game is Megami Tensei by Atlas and is an anime video game rpg. All Pokemon did was jump on the same bandwagon as tons of others thst created stuff to release in 1996 and they happen to become the big one out there. As far as cinceot, many Pokemon are based on animals or mythology and combos in between. So if I made a series and I made a monster based on a frog, or a kappa, or a werewolf etc then duh it will be similar to a frog Pokemon or a pokemon that clearly got kappa inspiration or might be similar to a Lycanroc form. You don't get to own a genre. How many anime do we know that has a version of King Yemma and his ogres in the afterlife? The art is similar b3cause they are based on figures in mythology and I know of ten anime with them in it off the top of my head. DBZ has the more popular version but they are not seeing other popular anime for using those characters or similar designs. To me it is different than say a mobile game where the sprite in gameplay is a Simpson character that gets power ups to look like Marvel super heros etc. A few Palworld designs were too on the nose and I get that but the concept was not plagiarism. I also feel when something is popular enough like Zelda that it shouod be legal to use props etc as a fan and KZbinr. They benefit from your work and it keeps their work relevant to have it being openly discussed on a platform. I feel they are power hubgry and I disagree with certain copyright laws. KZbinrs should have more protections from copyright strikes. Releasing a full movie free is one thing but to use clips and discuss it or to show gameplay or to give opinions, good or bad should be protected. Unfortunately people get unfair strikes a lot and usually from bigger franchises that act as bullies. Nintendo and Disney both have been guilty of this.

Yeah, dungeons are a bit more elaborate on this game but nothing we can't handle
