The only use the stomach skin of each alligator so, the meat is actually worth more for guys like this who aren't farming, they are hunting real gators, from nature. The farm raised gators are huge, that's who they are competing with, could make the hunting/selling natural fresh caught gators industry go down hill very quick, and will continue to as have an impact the longer time goes on... This is an echo of many other industries, farmers, nope it's huge warehouses full of animals who are fattened up to the max, the bigger and quicker the better, the list goes on and on and on. It's our job to support the people

There is information that they are basically all related to each other because of where they came from in France and moving to Canada and Louisiana. Close knit and isolated to the point of inbreeding. They carry a gene that when the mother and father carry it there is a 1in 4 chance of the child being born with usher syndrome.
