i love the way banjos just cut through as they need to be heard in that gentle plinky plonk way. i have banjos from 1870s up to the 1940s and custom ones ive built just for my self. when guitars become boring banjos take over and make you grin again

That was great. As an American, I knew no better than to buy a Morris Minor ($200 in ‘69) in a field without crawling under it. After a few months of hooning about (well, for 900cc) I found the frame was near gone. Luckily, I found a runner for $35 and made one good one with a spare engine and tranny (those came in handy later.) That tonneau is fantastic.
