Interesting that the game waits for Bowser, as when fighting the Fake Bowsers in other castles, stepping on the switch when the Bowser has jumped far away softlocks the game. Could be that the Bowser is still in the animation. Maybe the same thing could theoretically happen in this fight if Bowser jumped far back and Mario/Luigi stepped on the switch while Bowser is jumping. Idk, speculation.

Apparently you can get in the void of battle for bikini bottom somehow with glitches and spongebob gets unloaded after falling for more the 7 min. you can get out of bounds with glitches and find a hole in the geometry to do so
