Hi can you please help i bought this camera just before xmas and it seems to work but i don't get alerts on my phone when i am out and the camera is on away, not just then i tried setting it off to try i was working when i was at home and not notifications on my phone, have i set up wrong.

That other plug adapter is for Australia and New Zealand.

The only way I managed to do this, is by installing an android emulator like NoxPlayer and installing the Swann Security app in there. Good luck.

That adapter plug u were unsure of, it’s for Australia 🇦🇺 It usuall goes the other way tho (looked upside down) Hope that helps 😊
