Sorry to hear the loss of your friend. All the wishes to family and friends. Another great report. I'm actually at Wangi for my second time to try and fish the lake.. Hopefully I do better than my last trip as I got nothing. Still chasing my 1st dew.

There have been alot more Mulloway up towards the Trench Reg and some nice Flathead

Hey Jason, im sorry to hear about your mate Jamie passing RIP.😢 I was out yesterday off box head just near West Reef and the gannets we're going crazy on bait fish being pushed up by the bonito then I noticed when I was coming back in there was about 3 or 4 that just passed away, floating on the surface upside! I know sometimes they sit there with thrre head in the water. However, I'm guessing they might have been attacked by Bonito or similar pelagics. Just thought I'd note it with all the volunteers that might be interested to hear about our sea birds.

At the moment there are alot of Shearwaters/Mutton Birds along the coast we always see high death rates when they first appear no matter what you try and do they just give up it is very sad to see but it's the cycle of life .
