A good interviewer draws out the interviewee, and allow them to talk. Not like this interviewer who may as well have done it without Kirk at all. She spent the whole time talking herself, and when Kirk did talk she would interrupt him. I wanted to hear Kirk but this whole thing was so frustrating that after a few minutes I just skimmed it, every time clicked a new place to listen it was her talking not Kirk, I gave up on it. I am sure she does not realise she is like this but if she reads my comment, go through the video and time how much time Kirk talks, vs how much time you talk. The use that info to re-set your interviewing technique.

Think about this... You have Kirk Webster, and you won't let him finish speaking. Very hard for me to learn from Kirk when you constantly interrupt him!! 👎
