An Au where the only thing changed is that Toothless's and Luna's species has been swapped; Toothless is a Lightfury and Luna is a Nightfury!

Story:
On that fateful night Hiccup shot down the dragon, he got a direct hit since it was easier for him to make out the pale form against the night sky. Because of this, he took off a lot more than just its tail fin. He decides to help the dragon because he senses its an outcast, like him.
Arcane(Toothless) is considered a weirdo by the other dragons since he is a nightfury with white scales. After the tiny human fixes his wing, he decides he wants to keep the human, so one day, he carries the human away.
Nova(Luna) has been searching for years now, but she's coming to believe she is the last night fury. Humans hunted her kind nearly to extinction, so she doesn't trust any of them, exception being the dragon-human Valka who is a protector of dragons.
So, Nova is not happy when this weirdo Arcane decides to bring his human, who reeks of dragon killers, into the secret Ice Haven, possibly endangering the safety of all the dragons.

I love the difference in how Toothless originally had his tail taken from him, while in this one, the swap has his wing taken. Not only that, but robotically improved, where Toothless’s tail had material differently working together. This is very creative.
