Did Lilith not say it’s the season 1 and 2 commanders you can swap out with Soc commanders? Not sure we can swap Soc commanders with another Soc commander

I wouldn't get rid of Boudica simply because her roll is for swarming and not open field fighting.

ROK is my way to earn extra money while playing the game :) I have a whole different strategy for ROK, people will probably get mad but read it to get a different point of view. IF you're a free to play or low spender, invest in Heraclius, Zhuge Liang and Sargon the Great till expertised. Richard should be 5111 or maybe 5511. NEVER spend any sculpture on anything else! EVER! Then learn how to chain barbarians with Zhuge Liang main and Richard I secondary. Sargon main, Heraclius secondary. Delta formation for sargon, wedge for ZL. Focus on damage to barbarian bonuses for all your equipment and armaments at first. (There is epic equipment for infantry that grant damage to barbarians!!!) And that's it! After that just support garrisons in KVK and do barb chaining. Train troops only pre-kvk, otherwise save the speedups. Even on different events, because wales will "eat" your speedups and you'll never get the rewards anyway. Just support the kingdom as much as you can, do the barb chain strategy and you're good to go! It's hard to reach high VIP levels without spending lots of money. It's hard to farm gems, food, wood, gold and be good in everything. It's not worth it for 99.9999% of low spenders! When you're done with the 4 legendary commanders I mentioned, focus on VIP level only. Spend gems only for 7k gem event and in More than gems event again spend 2 days 7k. At some point you'll have maybe 4 to 5k sculptures, you'll be max VIP and your account could be sold for A LOT of real life money. Plus you'll be having all the fun, all the kill points, materials for legendary equipment and soooo much more. Have a wonderful life

Dudeee ragnar is much better than you think. I think ragnar and scipio are the 2nd best march in the game after zhuge hermann.

I agree, but I'd go as far as ranking it higher. I'd say WW/LC, then Scipio/Rag, then ZL/Hermann. Inf are in a serious meta right now.

@@hype3823 I mean, the reports say it all. ZL/Hermann is definitely good, but it’s highly targeted, and melts like ice on hot asphalt. WW/LC is significantly tankier, and does tons of dps. I use both marches, and ZL/Hermann are always the first ones out of the mb. Uncontested, maybe. But in a real mb, WW/LC has the edge for sure.

Guan is who you’d replace for Ragnar, and for me Guan’s silence provides more open field value than trading better with Ragnar. If you care more about your individual trades, Ragnar is better, if you care about winning the field, guan is better

For now it looks like it will be pre soc for soc commanders of same troop type so not many choices there...

I don't think so, some old players have enouth heads to re-expertised them instantly, so it shouldn't be possible at least in Soc. It will certainly only be posible between season 1 and 2.

You're probably one of my favorite youtubers to watch for rok guides. I have a question, how do you keep your gathering commanders safe? I'm currently in kvk 2, and I'm getting my troops attacked at resource points and having my resources stolen. I have gear on my gathering commanders and formations. I've used the defense and the army expansion boost to try to put up a fight. I gather behind the lvl 4 pass to avoid attacked by other kingdom members, but I've been getting attacked by rogue players in my own kingdom.

gather in safe zones, you should have enough rss before going into dangerous zone. Also, TP only on alliance territory, if you don't want to be zeroed

Has anyone come out with any hard data on Ragnar versus Guan, Tariq etc? People just say "he's great", but I haven't seen any real testing data. Thx for the video! Good stuff. 😊

Tbh you don't need testing. If you look at his active skill alone when expertised its a crazy amount of damage. And yeah there was tons of testing with ragnar hes way better than guan or tarig etc

Ragnar with scipio will give you better trades than guan and scipio, however, Guan’s silence makes him better for open field murderballs, so if you value winning the murderball more, guan is still the better option. If you just want better trades individually, then Ragnar is better.
